West Texas Pit Masters BBQ is Plainview's first and only traditional West Texas-style BBQ gourmet food truck and catering company. Opened Febuary of 2014 by Lance Moore, West Texas Pit Masters BBQ is dedicated to bringing the best BBQ experience to the great people of Plainview and the Panhandle of Texas. At West Texas Pit Masters BBQ, we believe BBQ is an art form, that's why everything on this truck is handmade with the type of care, patience and attention that the art of BBQ deserves. From our dry rubs, to our sweet and spicy sauces, to our delicious side items and desserts, it's all made from our special, unique recipes. Don't forget, while West Texas Pit Masters BBQ is a food truck it also provides full catering services for any size event. With a smoker on board capable of smoking several 100's of pounds of meat at a time, there's no event to big or small.
