West Texas Pit Masters had a great time at the Briscoe County Cook off in Silverton TX. As alway Christy Lester Rosson ran a flawless judging area!!! We were lucky enough to manage 5th in Chicken, 1st in ribs, 11th in brisket, and 6th in bacon dish with an 4th overall finsh.
